Pickleball players must submit payment with entry form. If paying by check, make checks payable to Northwest Louisiana St. Jude Classic. All net proceeds will benefit the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. The event includes meals, beer, goodie bag and a minimum FOUR MATCH GUARANTEE for players!

Pickleball Divisions:

We will kick things off with registration Thursday, and Women/Men’s divisions will play on Saturday. The Mixed division plays on Sunday. You may play in two divisions. Format for all play is Round Robin. Doubles partners will compete in a 50+ division or the under-50 division. Levels are: Beginner (0-2.4), Intermediate (2.5-3.4), and Advanced (3.5 and Above). We reserve the right to combine age brackets depending on the number of registrants.

Deadline To Register:

September 5th. All subs must be signed up prior to deadline at high noon.

Entry Fee:

Register before August 23rd and entry fee is $75.00 a person for one division, and $95 for two divisions. If you register between August 23rd and September 5th it is $85.00 a person for one division and $105.00 for two divisions. Deadline to register is September 5th. Non-playing social guest fee is $75.00. Teams must submit payment with entry form whether it’s online or via mail. Make checks payable to Northwest Louisiana St. Jude Classic and mail to 1265 Capilano, Shreveport, LA 71106.

Special Events:

Refreshments and food all weekend. Royalty presentation is at 6:00 and Hit For Prizes will be at 6:30 Saturday night, and tickets are $20.

Draw:

Eligibility:

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to reclassify or refuse any entrant. All ADULT ONLY players (18+). Hassan Abbas will be the tournament director assisted by Jack Varuso.

Rules of Play:

*This is a non-sanctioned event*
This tournament will follow the rules and regulations set forth in the USA Pickleball Rulebook – Official Tournament, Revised January 2024. The tournament director may serve as referee. If entire event cancelled due to weather, all proceeds will be donated to St. Jude.
